Litigation Executive (4 years PQE)

The person
Suitable candidates will have 4 years PQE. Experience of ADR methods, in particular arbitration and adjudication, will be a distinct advantage, and you will be able to run your own caseload.
A thorough understanding with extensive working experience of the CPR is essential, although experience of construction and engineering disputes is preferred but not essential as training and support will be provided.
The successful candidate will be hard working, enthusiastic, conscientious with an eye for detail and self-motivated, and looking for a career path that will very quickly lead to a senior position in the firm.
You will also have good social skills and the ability to promote the practice. You will be working alongside, and supported by, the senior partner, who is also a practising adjudicator and accredited expert in the field of planning and quantum.
This is a full-time and permanent position, with a negotiable start date. An attractive salary and benefits package awaits the successful applicant.

Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts.
